Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange your unworn and undamaged order in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned by mail and will be reviewed upon receipt before a refund or exchange is issued.
Custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange due to the time required to source materials and handcraft each piece. We are unable to replace items that are lost or stolen.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return by Mail
Please return your item with its original packaging and tags. Once received and reviewed, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.
Repairs & Resizing
If your jewelry requires repair at any time, please contact us through our contact page with your order number and a photo of the damage. All repairs must be mailed to the address provided below.
Resizing is available upon request. Please contact us with your measurements prior to mailing your piece. A $15 repair or resizing fee is charged per item. For additional details, please visit our Repairs page.

Local Pickup & Delivery
For local pickup, you will receive a personalized email once your order is ready, typically within 24 to 72 hours after purchase, to arrange a pickup date and time.
The pickup address will be provided by email.
If you anticipate arriving late, please notify us by email with your estimated arrival time.
Local pickup hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Processing Time
As many items are handmade or made to order, processing times may take up to 8 business days before shipping.
Customized lockets with photos may require up to 5 business days to ship.
Orders with larger quantities may take additional time.
