If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may exchange or return your unworn purchase. Return by mail within 30 days of your purchase, with the item's original packaging/tags and we will issue you a refund once the items are received.

Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please email us to request an exchange/refund and state the issue.

 REPAIRS

Unfortunately, breakage is not covered under our warranty. We carefully check each item before it is shipped to you however, if you receive an item that is defective please email us. If the item is able to be repaired, we will happily do so within 30 days of the purchase date. Please provide your order number, receipt, and an image of the damage.
