Shipping policy
Every order ships from our studio in Manitoba, Canada.
Processing time
In-stock pieces ship within 2 to 5 business days. Photo lockets are printed and fitted by hand, so allow a day or two more. Made-to-order pieces show their own lead time on the product page. You will get an email when your order leaves, with a tracking number if you chose a tracked option.
Shipping in Canada
Letter mail through Canada Post is $3.94, and free on orders of $100 or more. Letter mail is untracked and travels with regular mail, so it can take a little longer than a parcel. If you would like tracking, Canada Post Expedited Parcel and Xpresspost are offered at checkout at the carrier's current rate.
United States and international
Rates are calculated at checkout. Any duties or import taxes charged on arrival are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or delayed parcels
If a tracked parcel stops moving or arrives damaged, email info@moonandbirdjewelry.com with your order number and we will open a claim with Canada Post and sort it out with you. Letter mail cannot be traced once it is in the post, so we cannot replace letter mail that goes missing. If your order matters for a date, please choose a tracked option.
Address changes
Please check your address before you place the order. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we will correct it if the order has not shipped. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped for the cost of postage.
